I had always assumed that the major US Corporations deal with their customers honestly and ethically.  This apparently is an incorrect assumption.  I did not expect that the American Express Company would use coercion, intimitation,  and fraudulent self-dealing in an effort to destroy my credit rating in the market place.

I think everyone knows the importance of credit ratings.  It impacts on every aspect of our life’s from refinancing your home, purchasing a new car and even the car insurance companies will base their rates on your credit worthiness.
